TOUR LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES (BEFORE DEPARTURE)

As a Tour Leader, before you departure,you should have with u... :
1. A list of all tour members.
2. A rooming list showing who is sharing with whom.
3. A list of all passport numbers.
4. Airline ticket number.
5. Baggage tags and labels. Even though these have been included with final documentation, you will find that people lose them or dont have enough. Always carry a good supply with you.
6. Your own passport, air ticket, travelers cheques and personal items.
7. Copies of all letters between the travel agency and ground suppliers (hotel, operators, etc.)
8. Additional copies of membership and rooming lists.
9. A list of all clients diverting from the main tour at any time during its operation, or arriving and departing by means other than the tour flights.
10. Copy of the tour brochures.
11. Mailing instructions.
12. Tipping cash and schedule.
